About the initiative

Digital pupil and Ukrainian digital pupil projects are targeted at primary, secondary and secondary vocational school pupils. At the end of the project, the pupil is able to study digitally and is ready to develop his or her full potential, acquire and improve his or her digital skills and thus succeed in the digital era.

Fostering Digital Inclusion: Empowering Underprivileged Pupils through Technology Grant

The essence of the project is to provide pupils belonging to the target groups of the project with a contribution of EUR 350 for the purchase of digital technology that meets the minimum requirements set out in the technical specification. The application of the contribution and the acquisition of a digital technique – a keyboard tablet, a laptop or an all-in-one computer can be carried out in a wide range of peer shops in Slovakia. The eligible beneficiaries consist of four groups of pupils, largely made up of social groups of the population in material need, low- and sub-middle income households and pupils with special educational needs.
