At Kajaani University of Applied Sciences, we’ve embarked on a quest to improve the cloud and cybersecurity skills of the continent by offering professional-grade, all-online, and always available courses that cover the most crucial aspects – and beyond – of today’s most modern technology.
Together with Microsoft and numerous expert partners, among them companies like Women4Cyber Finland, Atea, Elisa, and Tietoevry, we’ve developed the Cloud and Cybersecurity microdegree. The degree, consisting of six courses, requires no previous knowledge of the field and is available for everyone regardless of the location, time, or device.
The degree covers topics ranging from fundamental concepts to leading cloud-services like Azure and aims to provide everyone with the opportunity to improve their skills.

The cloud and cybersecurity microdegree is part of Microsoft Skills for Jobs, a joint venture towards making the latest and most advanced technology solutions more accessible for everyone. The courses within the program are aimed at everyone interested in updating their knowledge or starting something entirely new. The study materials are co-developed with expert organizations working in the field, which further ensures their contemporary relevance.
